- 3 large fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups oolong tea, brewed
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 package ladyfingers
- Optional: matcha powder or cocoa powder for garnish
Instructions
- Brew the oolong tea and let it cool.
- Wash and slice the peaches; sprinkle with sugar to create a syrup.
- Beat the mascarpone, heavy cream, and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Dip ladyfingers in the cooled tea and layer them in a serving dish.
- Add half of the peach slices and half of the cream mixture on top.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the cream. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled with optional garnishes.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor, and let the tiramisu chill overnight for optimal taste.
