Ingredients

  • 3 large fresh peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups oolong tea, brewed
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 package ladyfingers
  • Optional: matcha powder or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. Brew the oolong tea and let it cool.
  2. Wash and slice the peaches; sprinkle with sugar to create a syrup.
  3. Beat the mascarpone, heavy cream, and sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in the cooled tea and layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Add half of the peach slices and half of the cream mixture on top.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with the cream. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve chilled with optional garnishes.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor, and let the tiramisu chill overnight for optimal taste.
