Ingredients

- 1 cup oolong tea (brewed)
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- 1 jar peach preserves
- Optional: fresh peaches for layering
Instructions
- Brew the oolong tea and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- Blend mascarpone cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- Dip ladyfingers in brewed oolong tea lightly.
- Layer soaked ladyfingers in a dish, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture and a layer of peach preserves. Repeat the layers and finish with the mascarpone layer.
- Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with peach slices and cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Make it a day ahead for the best flavor meld. Serve with fresh fruit or herbs for added decor.
