A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu featuring the flavors of peach preserves and oolong tea, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oolong tea (brewed)
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 jar peach preserves
  • Optional: fresh peaches for layering

Instructions

  1. Brew the oolong tea and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Blend mascarpone cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in brewed oolong tea lightly.
  5. Layer soaked ladyfingers in a dish, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture and a layer of peach preserves. Repeat the layers and finish with the mascarpone layer.
  6. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Garnish with peach slices and cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Make it a day ahead for the best flavor meld. Serve with fresh fruit or herbs for added decor.
