- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Hershey’s Kisses
- Granulated sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
- Add baking soda and vanilla extract, blend well.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour until combined, forming a soft dough.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and dust with sugar before placing on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before moving to a wire rack.
