  • Hershey’s Kisses
  • Granulated sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
  3. Add baking soda and vanilla extract, blend well.
  4. Gradually add all-purpose flour until combined, forming a soft dough.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and dust with sugar before placing on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before moving to a wire rack.
