- 1 cup Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg. Mix until creamy.
- Sift in the baking soda and flour, mixing just until combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and coat each ball in granulated sugar.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden on the edges but soft in the center.
- Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for better mixing. Allow cookies to cool properly for chewy texture.
