- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
- Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted butter mixture into the peanut butter mix and stir until creamy.
- Use a spoon to form tiny balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, blend brown sugar and butter over medium heat until bubbling, then remove from heat.
- Drizzle warm caramel over the chilled minis and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill again for 30 minutes to set the caramel.
- Remove from parchment and enjoy!

Allow the ingredients to chill properly for better shaping and avoid over-melting the peanut butter.
