Deliciously easy and fun to make, these cheesecake bites blend creamy peanut butter and crushed Oreos for a perfect sweet treat.

- 20 Oreos, crushed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter; press firmly into a lined mini muffin tin and chill.
- Blend cream cheese until smooth, then mix in peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy; gradually add heavy cream.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in muffin tins.
- Chill for at least three hours until set.
- Carefully remove from the tin and serve with optional toppings.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunbutter. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
