- Flatbread or pizza dough
- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 2 ripe pears (Bosc or Anjou)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries (or dried cranberries)
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If using pizza dough, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Thinly slice the pears, discarding the core.
- Spread the sliced pears over the flatbread, followed by generous dollops of Brie.
- Scattered cranberries on top.
- Drizzle honey over the toppings and add herbs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Allow the flatbread to cool slightly for easier slicing. Serve immediately for the best taste.
