Description

A delightful flatbread featuring creamy Brie cheese, sweet caramelized pears, and tart cranberries, perfect for gatherings and weeknight meals.


Ingredients

  • Flatbread or pizza dough
  • 8 oz Brie cheese
  • 2 ripe pears (Bosc or Anjou)
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or dried cranberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. If using pizza dough, roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Thinly slice the pears, discarding the core.
  4. Spread the sliced pears over the flatbread, followed by generous dollops of Brie.
  5. Scattered cranberries on top.
  6. Drizzle honey over the toppings and add herbs.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are golden.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Allow the flatbread to cool slightly for easier slicing. Serve immediately for the best taste.
