Ingredients

  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
  2. Sauté diced onions and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add sliced beef to the pot, browning on all sides.
  4. Toss in the bell peppers and cook until they start to soften.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
