- 8 mini sausages or hot dogs
- 1 can crescent roll dough or puff pastry
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or egg wash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface or thaw puff pastry as needed.
- Cut dough into small rectangles (about 2 by 3 inches). Place a sausage at one end and roll the dough around it, sealing the edges.
- Arrange the wrapped sausages seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush tops with melted butter or egg wash and sprinkle with salt or herbs.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
