Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Unroll the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it out slightly to ensure even thickness.
- Place the wheel of Brie in the center of the pastry.
- Sprinkle the toasted pistachios over the Brie, followed by the cranberries.
- Cut the pastry into strips starting from the outer edge towards the Brie, leaving a border around the cheese.
- Gently fold the strips over the cheese to create a tree shape, alternating the sides.
- Brush the pastry with the egg wash to achieve a golden hue when baked.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm with crackers and fresh fruit.
