  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
  7. Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and shape them into wreaths, placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to turn golden.
  9. Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
