- 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and shape them into wreaths, placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to turn golden.
- Cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
