- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup fig jam
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If using a whole wheel, slice it into rounds or wedges.
- In a small bowl, combine chopped pistachios and olive oil. Press the mixture onto the brie rounds until fully coated.
- Place the brie rounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
- While baking, heat fig jam in a small pan over low heat until warmed and liquefied. Mix in honey if desired.
- Serve the warm brie rounds drizzled with fig glaze and sprinkle with additional crushed pistachios.
- Enjoy with crackers or sliced baguette.

Serve immediately for best texture. Consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt for enhanced flavors.
