- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (freshly grated)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (oregano, basil, and parsley)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into strips, about 1 inch wide and 6 inches long.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, then brush over the cut dough strips.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan generously over each strip.
- Add Italian herbs and a pinch of salt over the cheese-coated strips.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
