Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine pomegranate juice, olive oil, minced garlic, sumac, salt, pepper, and herbs to create the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the chicken in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pour any remaining marinade over the chicken.
- Roast for 40-50 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
