Ingredients

- 1 package Puff Pastry (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup creamy cheese (goat or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
- 1 cup sautéed mushrooms (or substitute with spinach or roasted peppers)
- 1/4 cup pesto or tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into triangles.
- Spread pesto or tomato sauce on each triangle, sprinkle with cheese, and add sautéed mushrooms or other vegetables.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, pinching edges to seal.
- Place trees on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
