- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheets to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into tree shapes.
- Place the burrata at the top of each tree shape and pinch the pastry around it to form a nest.
- Mix egg and water for egg wash, then brush over the pastry.
- Drizzle cranberry glaze over the burrata.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and sea salt before serving.
Notes
Keep the puff pastry cold until ready to bake for best results. Serve with a fresh salad or charcuterie board.
