Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Blend the cream cheese until smooth, then add the pumpkin puree and mix well.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and the spices until combined. If too soft, add more graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Form chilled mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, tapping off excess.
- Chill again for about 20 minutes until chocolate sets.
