  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, spices, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, more brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Scatter the chopped pecans on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden and set in the middle.
