- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, spices, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, more brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
- Scatter the chopped pecans on top.
- Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden and set in the middle.
Notes
