- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 6 eggs

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray or butter.
- Open the can of crescent rolls and roll out the dough, pressing the seams together to form a base.
- In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned, then add the chopped mushrooms and cook until tender.
- In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; fold in the sausage mixture and half of the cheese.
- Pour the mixture over the crescent roll base and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
