- 2 lbs russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or dill) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with melted butter or olive oil, minced garlic, and ranch seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, tossing halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- For the last few minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped herbs and serve hot.
Notes
For a healthier twist, substitute sweet potatoes or cauliflower. Use homemade ranch seasoning if desired.
