Ingredients

  • 2 lbs russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh herbs (chives, parsley, or dill) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potato cubes with melted butter or olive oil, minced garlic, and ranch seasoning. Toss to coat.
  4. Arrange the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, tossing halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  6. For the last few minutes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped herbs and serve hot.

Notes

For a healthier twist, substitute sweet potatoes or cauliflower. Use homemade ranch seasoning if desired.
