Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Preheat your oven as per the package instructions for store-bought dough, or roll out homemade dough into a large rectangle and cut it into triangles.
- Add the Raspberries: Place a spoonful of fresh raspberries at the base of each triangle, sprinkle a little sugar on top, and roll up the triangle towards the tip.
- Egg Wash: Brush the tops with the beaten egg wash to achieve a golden color once baked.
- Bake: Arrange croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until they are puffed, golden brown, and fragrant.
- Cool and Serve: Allow croissants to cool slightly before serving, best enjoyed warm.
Notes
To enhance the raspberry flavor, make a raspberry reduction to drizzle over the croissants.
