Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil or softened butter all over the turkey and season generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Add the fresh herbs and citrus zest, ensuring full coverage.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Baste occasionally to keep it moist.
- Let the turkey rest for at least 15-20 minutes before carving.
- Carve and serve with desired sides.
