  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Sage (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Zest of 1 Lemon or Orange

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub olive oil or softened butter all over the turkey and season generously with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Add the fresh herbs and citrus zest, ensuring full coverage.
  5. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and roast until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), about 1.5 to 2 hours.
  6. Baste occasionally to keep it moist.
  7. Let the turkey rest for at least 15-20 minutes before carving.
  8. Carve and serve with desired sides.
