Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the squash cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- Spread the seasoned squash on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
