Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter together on low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat; stir in granulated and brown sugars until well combined.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, and mix in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and salt; gradually fold into the chocolate mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a moist crumb.
- Allow brownies to cool slightly, then drizzle with salted caramel and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
