  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 34 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Carrots, chopped
  • Bell peppers, chopped
  • Broccoli, chopped
  • Snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Fresh cilantro or Thai basil, for garnish
  • Optional toppings: chopped peanuts, lime wedges, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Pour in broth and soy sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add potstickers to the boiling broth. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add chopped vegetables to the pot, cooking until softened. Spinach and delicate vegetables should be added near the end.
  5. After simmering for about 10-15 minutes, remove from heat and stir in sesame oil and fresh herbs.
  6. Serve warm in bowls, garnishing with extra herbs and optional toppings.
