Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep your corn by cutting kernels from the cob or thawing frozen corn.
  3. Sauté the herbs in a skillet with a touch of olive oil until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, combine corn, sautéed herbs, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir in cornmeal and half of the cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
