- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cranberry sauce for glazing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, milk, onion, and garlic.
- Chop fresh herbs and add to the meat mixture along with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- While the meatballs bake, heat cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Drizzle the warm cranberry glaze over the meatballs before serving.
