Instructions
- Prepare the broccoli by rinsing and chopping into bite-sized florets.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble once cooled.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and sauté for 5-8 minutes until tender yet bright green.
- Mix in the crumbled bacon and unsalted butter, allowing the butter to melt and coat the broccoli.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
