Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and olive oil until smooth.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese, chopped olives, and fresh herbs.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
