- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 package puff pastry dough
- 1 egg (for wash)
- 1 tablespoon water (for wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Mix until smooth.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out puff pastry until thin, about 1/8 inch thick, and cut into 4×4-inch squares.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each square, fold corners over the filling, and pinch edges to seal.
- Mix egg and water for wash, and lightly brush the tops of each roll-up.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Don’t overstuff the roll-ups to prevent messy openings during baking. Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for easy blending.
