Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crumble the savory panettone into a large bowl.
- Sauté a chopped onion in olive oil until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook until faintly golden.
- Add the Italian sausage and brown until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.

- Combine the skillet mixture with the panettone and mix gently.
- Add fresh herbs, a splash of broth, and shredded Parmesan. Mix well.
- Whisk together two eggs in a separate bowl and fold into the stuffing mixture.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, pouring over remaining broth until just moistened.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and slightly crispy.
