Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crumble the savory panettone into a large bowl.
  3. Sauté a chopped onion in olive oil until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook until faintly golden.
  4. Add the Italian sausage and brown until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  5. Stir in diced celery and bell peppers; cook until softened (3-4 minutes).
  6. Combine the skillet mixture with the panettone and mix gently.
