Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in your choice of optional add-ins.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.
  6. Spoon small dollops of the batter onto the skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another minute until golden brown.
  7. Transfer cooked bites to a plate and serve warm with syrup, jam, or powdered sugar.
