  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (fresh or shredded)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  2. Toss in the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and opaque (approximately 2-3 minutes).
  3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, and remove from heat.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Roll out the pizza crust and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Spread a thin layer of olive oil on the crust and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired.
  6. Evenly distribute the cooked shrimp mixture over the crust, including the buttery sauce.
