- 4 boneless skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and Sriracha until smooth. Adjust heat to taste.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and lower heat, cooking for another 6-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, brush sauce over chicken and cook until caramelized.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with green onions or sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Ensure your sauces are gluten-free if needed.
