Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.

  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Flip and lower heat, cooking for another 6-8 minutes.

  8. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Ensure your sauces are gluten-free if needed.
