- 1 cup button or cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- Sauté the garlic and onions in a skillet with butter and olive oil until fragrant and translucent.
- Sear the beef chunks in the skillet until browned on all sides.
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and add mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream.
- Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.
