  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic and onions in a skillet with butter and olive oil until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Sear the beef chunks in the skillet until browned on all sides.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and add mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard; stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream.
