  • 2 medium carrots, chopped

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat to build rich flavor.
  2. Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in chopped carrots and cook until just tender.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Add peas and herbs, and season generously with salt and pepper.
