  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh or dried parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Potatoes: Wash and peel your potatoes, then cut them into even-sized chunks.
  2. Layering in the Slow Cooker: Spread half of the potatoes in the slow cooker and sprinkle half of the Lipton onion soup mix over them. Add dollops of cream of mushroom soup and butter. Repeat the layering.
  3. Infuse Flavors: Mince the fresh garlic and sprinkle it over the layers.
  4. Cooking Time: Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 4–5 hours or on low for 7–8 hours.
  5. Finishing Touches: About 30 minutes before serving, stir gently to mix the ingredients.
