- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

- Optional: Sauté the garlic and onions in a skillet with olive oil.
- Combine the seasoned steak, sautéed garlic and onion, soy sauce, beef broth, and herbs in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Optional: Thicken the sauce by simmering uncovered for 30 minutes or adding a cornstarch slurry.
- Serve the steak bites with fresh herbs sprinkled on top.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, allow it to simmer uncovered towards the end of cooking. Experiment with herbs and spices to tailor the flavor.
