- 1 box brownie mix
- 18 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour half the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Layer the Oreo cookies on top of the brownie layer.
- Flatten the cookie dough and place it over the Oreos, covering them completely.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough and smooth it out.
- Optionally, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- Let the pan cool completely before cutting into squares.
