- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 Onions, sliced
- 4 Slider Buns
- 1 cup Dill Pickle Chips
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Optional: Cheese slices (Cheddar or Pepper Jack)
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by slicing onions and preparing pickle slices.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. Form into patties.
- Cook sliced onions in a skillet over medium heat until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- In the same skillet, grill the patties over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to your liking.
