- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers, then stir in mini marshmallows.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are slightly underbaked.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra gooey cookies, add marshmallows on top right after baking.
