Delightful cookies bringing together gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crispy cookie layers, evoking sweet summer memories.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers, then stir in mini marshmallows.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers are slightly underbaked.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For extra gooey cookies, add marshmallows on top right after baking.
