- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Prepare the Carrots: Wash and peel the carrots, then slice them into thin rounds or sticks.
- Create the Pickling Liquid: In a saucepan, combine water, apple cider vinegar, honey, chili flakes, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Combine Carrots and Liquid: Once boiling, remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes. Place carrot slices in a clean jar and pour the liquid over, fully submerging the carrots.
- Chill and Serve: Allow to cool to room temperature, cap the jar, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before eating.
