Instructions
- Prepare the Carrots: Wash and peel the carrots, cutting them into bite-sized sticks or rounds.
- Make the Pickling Brine: In a saucepan, combine honey, vinegar, garlic, salt, and spices. Simmer on medium heat until honey dissolves.
- Combine and Cool: Place carrots in a jar, pour hot brine over them, ensuring they are submerged.
- Let Them Marinate: Cool to room temperature, seal the jar, and refrigerate for at least 24 hours (best after a week).
- Serve and Enjoy: Use directly from the jar, in salads, or as toppings for various dishes.
