A vibrant and healthy smoothie combining spinach and green apple for a refreshing taste.


Ingredients

  • Fresh spinach (1 cup)
  • Green apple (1 medium)
  • Banana (1 medium, optional)
  • Greek yogurt (1 cup, or a dairy-free alternative)
  • Almond milk (1 cup, or any milk of choice)
  • Honey (to taste, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: wash the spinach, core and chop the apple, and peel the banana if using.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add the fresh spinach first.
  3. Then add the apple, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. If using honey, drizzle it on top.
  4. Blend until smooth, and scrape down the sides if needed.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as desired. Pour into a glass and serve!

Notes

Adjust ingredients based on personal preference; can add lime juice or adjust the sweetness with honey.
