- 2 large eggs

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice steak into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Mix salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Dip steak strips in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry breaded steak fingers in batches for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Let rest on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Serve hot with various dips like ranch, mustard, or ketchup.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use crushed rice cakes or gluten-free breadcrumbs. You can also experiment with chicken tenders or tofu as alternatives.
