Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (seasoned or panko)
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice steak into strips about 1 inch wide.
  2. Mix salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Dip steak strips in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry breaded steak fingers in batches for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Let rest on a paper towel-lined plate.
  7. Serve hot with various dips like ranch, mustard, or ketchup.
