  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Melt together the cocoa powder, semi-sweet chocolate, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and brown sugar. Pour in the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
  8. Let cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

For a healthier option, substitute coconut oil for butter or dark chocolate for semi-sweet.
