- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Melt together the cocoa powder, semi-sweet chocolate, and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and brown sugar. Pour in the chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Let cool on a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute coconut oil for butter or dark chocolate for semi-sweet.
