- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the softened butter and cream cheese together until creamy.
- Gradually add granulated and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth and fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
- Gently mix in the flour and graham cracker crumbs until just combined.
- Fold in diced fresh strawberries.
- Scoop dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking to help cookies hold their shape.
