  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter and cream cheese together until creamy.
  3. Gradually add granulated and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Gently mix in the flour and graham cracker crumbs until just combined.
  6. Fold in diced fresh strawberries.
  7. Scoop dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
