Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing mashed strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a bowl. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Make the dough by combining flour and salt, cutting in butter until crumbly. Gradually add cold water and knead lightly, then chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the chilled dough to about 1/8 inch thick and cut out circles.
