- 1–2 teaspoons culinary grade matcha powder
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- Sweetener (honey, agave syrup, or vanilla syrup)
- 2 tablespoons hot water
Instructions
- Clean and slice the strawberries. Optionally blend them into a purée.
- Whisk matcha powder with hot water until lump-free.
- Add strawberries, whisked matcha, and milk to a blender. Add sweetener if desired.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Serve in a glass or mug, and garnish with mint or strawberry slices.
Notes
Sift matcha powder before whisking to avoid clumps. Experiment with different types of milk and sweeteners for a personal touch.
