Instructions

  4. Harvest pomegranate seeds, separating them from the membranes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, pomegranate seeds, and cucumber.
  6. Add chopped mint to the bowl.
  7. Drizzle vinaigrette over the mixture and toss gently.
  8. If using feta, crumble it over the top just before serving.
